I am a Wife, Mother, Author, Student, Meta Coach, Crypto Trader and an Organisational Culture and Behaviour Specialist. Born and bred in the Gold Mining Industry, studied Microbiology, Physiology, Industrial Psychology and worked (and played) in UK for years. My coaching journey has included youth groups, corporate clients, entrepreneurs and a whole tribe of 'stuck' people. Moved to the Western Cape in and living a life filled with adventure, beauty and love. Coaching is a focused conversation that uses the art of questioning to get to the heart of things and then facilitate awareness, insight and transformation. The Meta Coaching methodology employs expert skills that focus on process and structure of a person's self-actualisation. The client discovers their answer, within, I cherish the sacred privilege of being their guide and co-adventurer.
