Belinda has an extensive corporate career expanding over various sectors for the last 30 years. She started her career in the banking sector and after 11 years set up her own business. She directed her passion for growing and developing people into and area of Learning and Business Development in Corporate South Africa. Her natural people skills and relationship building abilities are used to align all levels of an organisation or project, providing clear process, guidelines, support and puss when needed. Over the last 19 years her projects have varied from Women’s Development Programmes, Graduate Programmes, Executive Development Programmes, Early Careers Programmes with the later part focusing on projects that involved unemployed youth in South Africa. She is a Certified Jungian coach (ACSTH - ICF Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) and is one of the key stakeholders in the Jungian Coaching School Africa.
